This is the year for anticipation as Japan’s most popular franchise, Yo-kai Watch, is on the verge of exposing world wide.
We have gotten news on the manga, toys and video game being prepared for it’s debut in the west. Now we have a bit of update on the TV show that will be released at the end of this year or sometimes next year.
The first season just ended in Japan which contained total of 63 episodes. Although no news have been shared on this matter but we do know that they are in pre-product stage of development.
Award-winning Alicyn Packard will be playing the voice of fan favorite yokai, Jibanyan. Packard is an actress, comedian, writer and musician. She is known for the voice of Alma from Spouts’ Poppy Cat. Now she will be playing the voice of a Jibanyan, a cat that died from getting hit by a car who later became close friends with Keita and Whisper.
Alicyn Packard tweeted are enthusiasm as shes excited to play the role.
